Doc Brown used a Radio Control Unit for his Temporal Experiment #1, which sent his dog Einstein one minute into the future. Our radio control doesn't drive the Back to the Future car but does look exactly like the one from the movie.
The Radio Control Unit has an LED display that shows either 0 or 88 as a fixed pattern. It also has a sound clip of Doc Brown's statement just before Einstein went into the future.
